In Ace Target I have begun the work on June, 26th this year. During that moment I had some offers on work. I have understood, that I wish to remain here after has passed(has taken place) last interview with the general director of agency, Alexander Tsarevym, having found out, that our sights at business are similar, and has defined(determined), what contribution I can bring in activity of Agency within the limits of strategy of its(his) development. To me it is clear, that it is necessary to change, and as. Till the present(true) moment I still have never regretted, that have chosen.
I have enough wide experience on sales and marketing: these areas are unseparable. In advertising I since 1994. Was engaged in direct sales, worked in publishing business – it was necessary "to communicate" with regions much. Has lifted from zero a department of marketing one Internet-project. I have learned(have found out), on what is capable, and has decided to replace a structure, for that that would not be boring to live!
- Than you are involved with your work? What complexities in it(her) arise? I appreciate work in Ace Target, because this really large agency, with greater(big) projects and interesting clients. Many regional actions(shares). It is interesting to me. It is assured, that it is possible to realize actions(shares) at very good level, with high quality, and I know, how it(this) to achieve. So has developed, that advertising is necessary to people. Without it(her) anywhere. Advertising allows to behave in a tone! And complexities are not present basically. There are problems(tasks) which demand.
- What, in your opinion, it is necessary for successful performance of your functions? For the head it is important to separate grains from плевел, to see the main thing. Always it is necessary to keep a positive spirit and communication with each employee. Sometimes to scold, sometimes to protect … - That you wait from employees of your department? Professionalism first of all. I am able растить the personnel, but here and now I do not have on it time. The employee of a department of technologies should be the ready expert.
Positive outlook on life is not less important. We have a purpose - to create a command. They are people whom it is not simply easy, but also it is pleasant to work together: we pay special attention to an atmosphere which surrounds working process. It is important, for successful work!
Now people whom probabilities with the big share will remain in Agency work for us. They are qualified enough employees, мотивированные to work in Ace Target. All of them have passed very rigid selection " in fields ". Now it is possible to begin a reinforcement of practice by the theory. We are ready to train. Especially those who wishes to study, those who then should train other people. Some seminars which I shall lead are planned. - " Work with objections " - will pass first of them on the nearest Monday.
- How you see development of a department of department of technologies in Ace Target? What is already made? I have "picture", representation how the department should develop further. It is necessary for us to consolidate efforts of coordinators at different offices Ace Target (in Nizhni Novgorod, Moscow, Novosibirsk). One of the main tasks is At present realized – on 60 % the command(team) of the Moscow department of technologies is generated. Now it(he) consists from 4 person: the coordinator of local and regional projects, the staff-manager. Opened there are 2 more vacancies. I would like to type as soon as possible full staff even partially to remove from myself functions of co-ordination of projects. My time costs to spend it for more global things, for example, on training and development of strategy of development of department.
- How you estimate work of department as a whole? Certainly, there is no limit to perfection, however we already have very well promoted for last 3 months. With each week quality of given services grows. At the Moscow office the new department which consists not of casual people is formed. They have a desire to work and develop. Necessary experience collects.
- All depends on people? - yes, people are the main capital of any organization. On them depends, as the enterprise will develop further. - As you estimate a condition of BTL-branch at present and prospects of its development in Russia? - in my opinion, BTL to Russia goes on a way of association marketing активностей for achievement of greater effect in promotion of the goods, services or the companies. It means, that more and more than clients of BTL-agencies realize necessity for the integrated marketing communications. For example, to lead промоакцию in shops, it is necessary, that production of the customer there has been presented. We shall provide with that an input of the company on the market or in new trading networks and after that we shall continue promotion of production in the market in the given trading networks. We as professionals BTL should consult the client concerning promotion, offer optimum strategy and provide the organization of an advertising campaign according to objects in view.
- That do you plan to reach in the future? If to speak about not too close future I imagine the big country house and many grandsons around. I love children. It is greater pleasure besides they can learn much us. |
