AUDIT is a detached evaluation of BTL-activity of a company, its distributors or agencies. The increase of marketing expenses is making the investments in the evaluation to be repaid and necessary.
Usually the evaluation of the following items is ordered:
- level and quality of distribution of a trade mark
- availability and technical condition of firm trade equipment
- quality of trade and serving staff's work
- quality of promo-staff's work
Marketing audit is ordered to research firms, but lately such orders are more often fulfilled by BTL-agencies. And Ace Target is not an exception. We do audit project with great pleasure because it is a complicated and at the same time interesting task.
